We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for all sunglasses and optical frames purchased from NEVER EXPOSED. The warranty covers cases of manufacturing defects (materials and workmanship). Returns and exchanges are carried out with a receipt confirming the purchase and allowing you to establish a warranty period. All glasses recognized by the guarantee are subject to free replacement with a similar frame.

In cases where the model has been discontinued or is out of stock, you will be asked to choose any other frame at a similar price, or more expensive with a surcharge. The warranty does not include damage to frames and lenses as a result of improper care, repairs by third-party service providers, or breakdown due to an accident.
