Bye bye Rough Trade, NY

Rough Trade

Rlough Trade is closing its Williamsburg warehouse this spring, after 7 years in Brooklyn, the pandemic disrupted it's operations and the company will have to leave it's iconic space. The company's sister indie label Rough Trade Records dates back to 1978, putting out albums by the Smiths, Arcade Fire, the Strokes and Jarvis Cocker, among many others. All current and future scheduled gigs at the 250-capacity concert venue have been cancelled.
